Non-Prescription Eyewear (Sunglasses, Screen Glasses, Blue Ray Glasses, and other Eyewear Accessories):
- If you are not satisfied with your non-prescription eyewear, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- Returned items must be unscratched & undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to help us to track your details and order no..
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Transition Glasses and Standard Prescription Eyeglasses:
- Transition glasses and standard prescription eyeglasses can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unscratched & undamaged, and in their original condition.
- A restocking fee may apply to returned prescription, transition & screen + transition glasses.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Contact Lenses and Customized Prescription Glasses:
- Due to the personalized nature of contact lenses and customized prescription glasses, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items.
- However, if you receive defective or incorrect contact lenses or prescription glasses, please contact us immediately for assistance.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 4 working days.
- Please note: In all cases, delivery charges are non-refundable.
